Masters swimming is now available in Lucas Valley!  We are a fun group  of adults of all swimming abilities.

Coached workouts are available Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30am to 6:30am and Saturdays from 7am to 8am.  All swimming abilites are welcome.  We provide stroke technique to advanced workouts and will help you meet your fitness goals.

Dues are $60 per month plus $42 for the year to join US Masters and $25 registration fee that is paid annually to help with pool maintenance.  This $25 will be waived if you are LVHA Home Owner and already paying for pool maintenance.  There will also be an optional fee if you want to be shamed in public for not showing up in case you need extra help getting to practice in the morning.
